I've been a Mozy customer for close to 2 years. They never failed to back up my computer. Everything is done free of charge. I promote the service because I know how good this service is. My laptop charger broke (damn Dell!!!), so i haven't been able to use my primary computer for over a week. Fortunately, I backed up all my docs, music, pics, videos, etc onto an external hard drive about 2 weeks prior. I am so glad I did! Mozy sounds like a great place to go if you're not backing up audio or video! Blake Backing up data is a big deal these days.
